Beena Popat joined Oatlands Dental Lounge in 2017 and has been in the dental industry for over 20 years managing multi-site practices and growing them into centers of excellence.
Before this, she graduated with BA (Hons) in Business Studies and managed a team of over 100 members as a retail operations manager.
Beena oversees the smooth management of the practice and is the first point of contact for existing or new patients wishing to discuss treatment finance or any other aspect of the practice.
Her calm, organised and serene approach makes her the ideal person to guide patients through the practice. She has an amazing ability for putting even the most anxious patients at ease, and has a passionate willingness to make people feel welcome and well looked after.
Beena listens closely to patients’ needs and manages their expectations, so that they receive a first class service from the moment they contact the practice, to when they have completed their treatment. She believes that every patient is an extension to our Oatlands family and she nurtures our team to do the same.
Beena strives to continuously exceed customer expectations and coaches her team members to emulate this. She regularly attends courses and reads journals to develop her knowledge of cutting edge dentistry.
When she’s not keeping things running smoothly at the practice, Beena enjoys many hobbies from travelling and going to the theatre to cooking, gardening, and doing yoga.BACK TO TEAM
