Get your glow back with the ultimate skin health treatment

If you’re looking for a quick and non-invasive solution to enhance the appearance of your skin, the Hydrafacial is a great option.

Using unique patented technology that is suitable for all skin types, the device deeply cleanses and exfoliates, removes impurities with a gentle suction, and saturates the skin with intensive nourishing ingredients that can be personalised to your individual concerns.

With immediately visible results that improve with every treatment, Hydrafacial is a must-have for anyone looking for a luminous healthy glow for an upcoming event, while boosting long-term skin health in the process.

The Hydrafacial is one of our most popular skin treatments here in our Weybridge-based clinic and we are proud to offer the most innovative and advanced version on the market – the HydraFacial Syndeo® – ensuring you have the most personalised and seamless treatment experience possible.

1. How does Hydrafacial work?

Hydrafacial is a three-step system that takes approximately one hour and uses unique vortex fusion technology to:

  • Cleanse – uses a gentle peel to exfoliate dead skin cells and deeply cleanse your new layer of skin
  • Extract – removes impurities from pores with painless gentle suction
  • Hydrate – intensely moisturises and quenches skin with powerful antioxidants and peptides

You can also add on:

  • LED Therapy to treat mild to moderate wrinkles, acne, redness and inflammation
  • Lymphatic Therapy to improve circulation of the lymph system and eliminate toxins
  • Perk Lip to lightly plump and hydrate lips
  • Perk Eye to hydrate and brighten around the eyes
  • Boosters to target your individual concerns – choose from solutions for brightening, calming, clarifying, hydrating, firming and restoring, or smoothing and refining, for the most personalised and effective treatment

2. What can Hydrafacial treat?

Hydrafacial can successfully address concerns on the face, back, neck, chest and hands. This diverse treatment can be used to improve the appearance of:

  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Dry, dull skin
  • Oily, congested skin
  • Teenage acne-prone skin
  • Large pores
  • Hyperpigmentation
  • Mild to moderate acne
  • Redness
  • Poor tone and texture

3. Is Hydrafacial right for me?

Suitable for all skin tones and types, Hydrafacial can be used on most people.

The treatment is not recommended for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, are undergoing cancer treatment, have an active cold sore, certain allergies or are on medication such as blood thinners or Roaccutane.

A consultation with the Oatlands team will determine if it’s right for you and reveal how we can personalise treatment to your individual needs.

4. Is Hydrafacial suitable for acne-prone teenage skin?

Thanks to its deep cleansing and extraction abilities, Hydrafacial is a fantastic option for youngsters suffering with frequent acne, blackheads, whiteheads and large pores.

The 30-minute express option once a month will help reduce breakouts, leaving you with clearer and more refreshed-looking skin.

5. Is Hydrafacial uncomfortable?

No. The treatment feels like a mini vacuum on your face and certain ingredients may make your skin tingly, but it is not considered painful.

6. What results can I expect and how many treatments are needed?

Immediately after your first Hydrafacial you can expect your skin to look refreshed and radiant.

To see an improvement in skin concerns such as fine lines, wrinkles, hydration, acne, pigmentation, skin strength and overall skin quality, a course of six treatments (one a month) is recommended.

Continued Hydrafacials are advised if you want to see an ongoing improvement in your skin health.

7. Are there any side effects?

You may experience some slight redness immediately after a Hydrafacial, but this will soon settle. You can go back to your usual activities and apply make-up straightaway.
